Comments: I am pleased to see that our Cleveland Realtors are catching on to the potential of the Web. I would love to see the MLS available in some fashion. Specific upscale properties could be viewed herein similar to the TV programs shown each Sunday. I, for one, own a rather exclusive custom built home and do not relish the thought of dirty feet and strangers tracking through. If this technology is used to its potential, a viewer could get a tour of specific properties on-line (with color photo/film) and then arrange a tour if properly pre-qualified and ready to deal seriously. Since this site can be viewed from anywhere, a Realtor with a listing considered to be attractive to clients relocating to Cleveland could easily capitalize on this opportunity.
